A very nice accomodation, offering a whole villa, 3 bedrooms at convenient price with all the appliances- microwave, electric heater, flat TV etc. Convenient location near Disenyland Pesort Paris(2-4 km), but a little remote, so a car would be needed.

There is plenty of space in the apartments. Free Internet access. Safe in the bedrooms.

You need a car to shop and get around. To few utilities to cook anything more fancy than pasta. Gym was not open. Some noise from the other apartments due to the stairs. You paid, when you arrive.

We were late arriving, but the staff were very accomodating and stayed late to ensure we got our apartment (Dont forget your photo I.D!!!). This complex does not have a bar but the sister hotel around the corner does which you can use. Apartments are a little remote, we used both shuttle bus (needs booking), Taxi (15euro to Disney) and Bus (2euro to Disney). If you want to eat out go to Disney Village as you dont need a ticket to get in.

Apartments are good but the beds are very hard, I would not want to stay more than two nights.

Reception not open at all on a Sunday, which made check-in a complete nightmare (had to ring emergency number from mobile). The location is quite depressing and reminded me of 'Stepford' village. The studio stank of stale cigarettes and the bedding had cigarette burns in. Studio too small for a family of 3. Would never stay in something like this again.

The area is peaceful. Good internet access Security was also good.

They need to pay close attention to maintaining cleanliness in each room, the floors, as well as the bathroom and toilets, as the toilet we had in the property was smelly.

The villa was very spacious and ideal for our family of 5. It was very close to Eurodisney. There is a great outlet shopping area close by and a Sea Life Centre.

Although the bedding and towels were very clean, the actual villa was scruffy/unkept and smelt musty. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order and there are no play areas to keep the children happy. It is a newly developed area with limited facilities. The only restaurants available are at the shopping centre and they are as you would expect to find in a shopping centre here. As a foot note, beware that payment does not get taken at the time of booking - our card had recently been renewed and payment was unable to be taken. In view of this, we came back from Eurodisney at 10.30pm to find we could not get entry to the villa and reception was closed!

Short of suites at some of the Disney hotels (for 900 + Euros a night) this was the only rooms available when we booked with 1 week of anticipation. It is not far from Disneyland Paris, or from a shopping mall, but you do need a car to move around.

The room (Apart-hotel) was very dirty! I mean, even some walls were dirty with food guck! Kitchen utensils were dirty to the point we did not want to use them, so went to shopping mall and bought disposables instead. The smell inside was also pretty awful, so we needed to open all doors and windows to make it more or less tolerable. We were glad that we literally only used the place to sleep, with a quick shower in the morning. And, oh, the location of the hotel in the map is not accurate!

The villa was very nice. It was very quiet place and very close to disney land Paris. I like the seurity gate, where no body can enter exept the residene.

The Hotel did not have a sign showing its name. The washing machine was not working and did not have any sign showing that it is broken.

The apartment has a nice disposition with kitchen and livingroom downstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

The description of where the hotel is situated gives a more positive image than what you find in reality. You are ok if you have a car. If you travel without car you find yourself in a very remote place with lousy transport facilities unless you are prepared to pay for taxi. Secondly the distance to Disneylamd is indicated to be less than 2 km. This might be correct measured the way the crow flies. If you have the intention of walking there the distance is more than the double, e.g. more than 4 km. Thirdly the heating did not work. With an outside temp of about 12-14 degrees, the temp inside was not pleasurable. It also gave problems with humidity, towels that would not dry etc. They did not manage to repair this in the five days we stayed.

Only downside was that there was a funny smell when you first entered the building. But if you opened the window/ patio door then it dissapeared. The other thing is that there is no fan or A/C so on a really hot day some people may struggle but you get what you pay for and this is good value for money

The size of the villa, the price, and the location close to Disney land. The reception staff was helpful when we saw him the next day and gave us extra blankets, a kettle and a sauce pan.

We were very delighted to find a place that could accommodate a family of 6 at a very reasonable price. However, we were due to arrive late and had no communication from the hotel on how to get the keys . It took a number of expensive and anxious telephone calls to Booked.net to track down the Duty manager and get that information. Reception is closed Saturdays and Sundays. We booked for 4 rooms, we were given 3 although this was enough but was not as booked. The villa was not clean and they need to seriously address this as we had seen this comments in other reviews.. This was very disappointing.
